1 General Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the JYA platform (jya.wine) and its mobile application. By creating or using an account on JYA, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms in full.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the JYA platform. For any questions regarding the terms, contact our support team.

The company operating JYA reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of any changes will be sent to your registered email address or posted on the site.

2 Account Registration & Verification

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account with JYA, you must provide the following information accurately:

• Full legal name (as per National ID)
• An active mobile number that will be verified
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Valid Payment Method Information

Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited. In such cases, JYA reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any remaining funds at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one JYA account is permitted per person, household, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and all bonuses forfeited.

2.3 KYC Verification

To ensure security, JYA may request the following documents:

• Copy of National ID or Passport
• Screenshot of mobile banking account
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)

3 Age Restrictions & Eligibility

You must be of legal age to use JYA's services. 18 years of age or older Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using JYA.

If age verification reveals that a member opened an account while under 18:

• The account will be closed immediately
• All bonuses and winnings will be forfeited
• The original deposited amount may or may not be refunded

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit

You can deposit at JYA using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.

• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted
• Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source

4.2 Withdrawal

Withdrawals are typically processed within 24–48 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is not completed
• JYA may place a hold on withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts

5 Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. For example, a ×20 wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount.

5.2 Grounds for Bonus Cancellation

• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts
• Suspected Bonus Arbitrage or Abuse
• Withdrawal Request Before Meeting Wagering Requirements
• If the information provided is found to be false

5.3 Bonus Validity Period

Each bonus has a specific validity period as stated on the bonus card. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.

6 Gaming Policy & Fair Play Guarantee

6.1 Technical Issues

If a technical error affects a game outcome or payout, JYA will investigate and determine the correct result. Any payout announced as a result of a technical error may be deemed void.

6.3 Sports Betting

For Sports Betting, official results shall be considered final. In the event of an abandoned or postponed match, bets will be settled in accordance with JYA's specific policy.

7 Prohibited Conduct & Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JYA. Any such activity, once detected, will result in immediate account closure:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same identity
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to profit by exploiting bonus terms
• Money Laundering: Using the JYA platform for money laundering purposes
• Fraud: Attempting to defraud other members or JYA
• Software Manipulation: Use of bots or automated software
• Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to JYA systems
• Data Sharing: Using or sharing another member's login credentials
• Minor Access: Assisting minors in accessing the platform

8 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

8.1 Closure by JYA

JYA reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms
• Detection of Prohibited Behaviour
• KYC Verification Failure
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
• Legal Obligations

8.2 Closure by Member

Any member may close their account at any time by submitting a request through our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be charged a monthly inactivity fee. Members will be notified by email in advance.

9 Limitation of Liability

JYA accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Game Loss Due to Internet Disconnection
• Third-party technical issues
• Losses due to unauthorized access (where caused by the member's own negligence)
• Service disruption due to external circumstances (force majeure)
• Expected but unrealised winnings from gaming

JYA's maximum liability shall never exceed the total amount deposited by the member in that calendar month.

In short, JYA:

• Does not sell your information to third parties
• Your information is used solely for service delivery and legal compliance
• All data is secured using SSL encryption
• Can delete your data upon request (with limited exceptions)

11 Dispute Resolution Process

For any dispute, contact JYA's support team first. Most issues are resolved within 72 hours.

11.1 Submitting a Complaint

1. Submit a detailed complaint via live chat or email
2. Please attach the relevant transaction ID and screenshot
3. JYA will provide an initial response within 72 hours
4. Investigations may take up to 14 business days

11.2 Escalation

If you are unsatisfied with JYA's resolution, you may refer the matter to an independent mediator. JYA will fully cooperate throughout the process.

12 Policy on Changes to Terms

JYA reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• 7 days' notice is sufficient for minor changes

• Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms
